Fabrication

Our Fabrication facility caters for

  • Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) …
  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) …
  • Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)

We also undertake

  • Aluminum welding and Stainless steel welding.
  • Heavy fabrication and have facility for RT quality welding for piping and structural steel.

Our organization has qualified welders upto 6G and 4F positions.

The metal cutting process is by Oxy-acetylene and we use Bharat Metal Cutting Gas as an alternative for DA as it is observed to be more safe and more efficient. The NDT for weldments is done through our 3rd party NDT service providers.

Sand Blasting

We undertake sandblasting and painting for newly fabricated structures and repaired structures. We have the sand blasting equipment and airless spray guns for painting.

GMTS has the facility to undertake works for out door structures like crude tanks and have adequate scaffolding  to undertake huge tanks etc.
