Load Testing
We have adequate load cells to undertake load testing of Cargo baskets, pallets and pallet racks, spreader bars, wet parking frames etc. The load testing is certified by the authorized certifying agencies like DOCK WORKERS (SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE) REGULATIONS, 1990.
NDT Services
The following NDT services are provided through our 3rd party agency.
- RT of weld joints for fabricated pipe lines, structures, etc.
- UT of weld joints and structural steels for laminar checks.
- MPI of weld joints.
Vacuum & Pressure Testing Facilities
We have pressure testing pumps and Vacuum pumps to undertake pressure testing of spools and vacuum testing of Sub Sea hoses (Dunlop) as per OCIMF guidelines.
