Fabrication of Tanks for Batch Mixer
We have fabricated tanks for 3 batch mixers . The complete system was dismantled and the tanks have renewed. The tanks were fabricated and the system including the agitator blades for the batch mixers were proved by us at our works.
Fabrication of Storage Tanks
Two 40 cu.m Storage Tanks were fabricated for ONGC at our works and transported to their Site at Narsapuram
Fabrication of Cargo Baskets
Cargo baskets of various sizes and tonnages were fabricated and baskets load tested before dispatch. The load testing and colour coding if lifting eye pads is followed as per regulations.
Refurbishment of Burner Booms for M/S Essar
The Burner booms of M/S Essar have been badly deteriorated. The complete piping has been refurbished the structure it self been repaired. New walkway and hand railing has been fabricated an installed.
Fabrication of Storage Racks and Galvanized Pallets
We fabricated and supplied 100 nos 8ftx8ftx12ft storage racks for our client . We have also fabricated and supplied pallet racks including double rack pallet racks , galvanized pallets
Fabrication of Sledge for Generator
Sledge was fabricated for Lighting Generator of size 6 Mtrx2.5 Mtr x 0.8Mtr weighing Approx 9.5 tons for M/S Dredging International Ltd.
Fabrication of Gangway and Brow
We have fabricated and supplied Gangways and Brows of various sizes to Cairn and Garware.
Fabrication of Ramp
Fabrication of Ramp for M/S Boskalis International Ltd- The ramp of size 8 Mtr x 4Mtr x 0.6 Mtr for vessel was fabricated using ISMB 300 and ISMB200 with hinge arrangement to cater for load of Approx 60 Tons vehicle movement for M/S Boskalis Inernational Ltd. Approx Wt of fabricated structure is 8000 Kgs.
