Compressor Sheds for Onshore Terminals
We have undertaken Fabrication and erection of compressor sheds for RIL for their Plant at Gadimoga in Andhra Pradesh in the year 2016 and for Cairn India Ltd for their Ravva project in Andhra Pradesh in the year 2023.
The work involved complete fabrication of all trusses and bracings at our works in Kakinada and erection of the same at their site.
Piping Jobs for ONGC at their Plant at Odalarevu
Modification of Piping and Hook up of 16” flare headers of GCS and Onshore Terminal for ONGC:
We have undertaken hooking up of flare headers of onshore terminal for ONGC at Odalarevu. The work was critical as the plant is in operational conditions and isolation of the fare system was critical to undertake hot work. The work involved Cutting and beveling of 48 inch diameter pipe spools. And erection and fit up of pipe spools 160 dia inch meter. Thereafter Welding of butt welded joints of pipe 64 inch dia (04 nos. joints).All the welded joints had to be tested for Radiography .
We have also undertaken piping modification of schedule 80 and 120 pipes of various sizes along with structural supports , followed by Radiography and Hydro test for these pipes.
Canopy For Booster Pumps For Onshore Terminal
The canopy for booster pump was fabricated at their site for Cairn india at the Ravva Site. The canopy measured 6500 long and 1700 dia. The total canopy weighed 1700 Kgs including 150 Kgs bracing . The fabrication had to be accurate due to site conditions and to avoid ovality and fabricated from 3mm Sheet.
Sprinkler Systems For Crude Tanks
The sprinkler system for the crude tank was fabricated and installed for M/S Cairn India Ltd ( Vedanta Limited) at their terminal at Ravva. The work involved fabrication of new system for the tank, galvanizing the complete system by hot dip galvanizing , hydro test of each spool, painting the complete spool with postal red colour and installing the system on to the tank. The total piping involved was approx. 1400 mtrs of piping along with drain lines for the sprinkler system.
Plant Modification Works Supporting Services
Plant Modification services for Cairn India Ltd ( Vedanta Limitd ) at their Ravva Plant was undertaken during the year 2023. The work involved
- MODIFICATION WORKS – Structural and Piping
- Existing structure modifications and grating removal, grating installations.
- Chequered plate removal and plate installation. Piping removals in the way of obstruction for Instrument supports, Cable
- Tray supports etc. New piping support fabrication and Installation with painting.
- Piping prefabrication, mastic coat Paint, piping erection, hydro test, radiography, piping support installation, piping tie in, NRV, valves, associated accessories installation etc.
- 2” to 8”- Piping pre-fabrication-SCH 40 to SCH 160 of total 1900 Inch dia
- Piping Installation- All sizes- Up to 8”
