Skids and Stools for Umbilical Reels
We have designed and fabricated skids and stools for umbilical for RIL. The skids had to be designed for 3 groups of 230 tons, 135 tons and 85 tons each. The requirement arose for storing of the umbilical reels for RIL at Yanam jetty. The skids were fabricated after the design has been reviewed by RIL and approved.
Total of 16 skids and 32 stools have been fabricated. The total weight of the fabrication for this order was Approx 92 Tons. The complete set up was load tested and the design was proved for their end use.
